Great kettlebell workout

As soon as I bought my kettlebell , I put it to use, I was swinging it back and forth 4 days in a row, so happy, got my muscules sore! Then I thought there must be some workout routines available, so I asked a few questions on a couple of fitness forums and got great feedback! Tons of great videos on YouTube ! Yesterday I tried this one -   Total body kettlebell routine
And it was so great!
Definitely gonna use it a lot! Love the figure eight and back lunges! And high five )))
So, I have to say big thank you to the guys from Fitness and Weight Loss Comunity on Google+

Speaking of VS magazine , these cute outfits caught my attention :

First of all, this gorgeous ombré dress, perfect for special occasions, summer parties and feeling glamorous kinda moods

Absolutely love this cute white top with dots! Goes so nice with yellow denim or any other for that matter , I just bought similar style tee , gonna wear it with striped jacket :) and my lilac denim) 

The color of this denim is simply A-mazing!! So perfect for summer

Omg! They should really Sell their swimsuit edition , it's sooo gorgeous ! The location, beautiful girls in beautiful bikinis, great shots.... Ah,  it's just a dream, I feel like I spent a day in Aruba :)

Workout update

Not a great progress, but I'm not really dieting, I'm trying to get back in shape by working out, with my kettlebell, jumping rope and absolutely the best exercises from +ZuzkaLight  ))

And this is my beautiful personal trainer, the best at home style workouts , and just the best - Zuzana Light from www.zuzkalight.com ! Watching her YouTube vids during the day at work so that I can come home with some new ideas and tons of motivation =)

Exercise update

This week was .. uneven ))

Wednesday morning - have-ass little walk to promenade, some jump rope, other things.. The idea was to start early morning routine to get up and out, which was accomplished :)

Thursday evening - got my 15 pound kettlebell, tried it out, did four sets of two types of swings, it felt really great! So easy but so powerful !

Friday morning - 50 swings to start the day! Friday  Evening - feeling those muscules start to ache..
Late night - short workout, 3 sets of 3 exercises, two types of swing and a plank position exercise.. Was challenging because I was tired from day before and a whole work week and hungry , on top of everything )) But I did it!!

Now, catching up on YouTube videos of +ZuzkaLight  , my "personal trainer " =)  Need some exercises for tomorrow morning early workout get together with my friend ;)

Food! Wasn't very good in that department, except for overeating, that was pretty good on its own due to a nature of some things, but I have to try better, taking pics helps a lot, need to continue that

Kettlebell for a girl!?

Say whaaat?? :) it's actually the best thing a lazy person can have ! Hope to use it a lot .. Really hope ))
Ok, +ZuzkaLight  demonstrates how to use it if you have no time or great desire to spend hours in the gym. I got 15 pound weight because it was the biggest they had, and it's fine for now . Spent $15 on it, that's  less then a single yoga class these days
My cat seems to like it to :)

I would really love to own a nice Chanel jacket... It's classic, it's timeless, stylish... List goes on forever.. And it looks like it is more popular then ever! Many designers create something similar, many brands and stores sell them too, lets see if we can find something cute, stylish and affordable

I really like this one, beautiful minty color, perfect for spring/summer, it is from jcrew.com and on sale for $79 , that would be my first pick

These jackets are from Old Navy and I like them because they have that style I'm looking for, and really great price - about $39 , so you can't go wrong )) It would be amazing with a broach , especially the one with Chanel logo =)

Cute new Sunnys and a Yellow Nail Polish

Ok, so while I dream of fabulous Chanel, I need some cute sunnys for every day, I tried these on and loved them, they are not too dark, so I'm not gonna be blinded )) and must i say they are really affordable ? I spent around $14 on them..

Another thing, check out my yellow nail polish!! I think it's a new black, at least for summer )) but really, it goes with everything, perfect pop of color! I also love it on the toes with pick-a-boo shoes , very cute =)

I dream of Chanel ..

Absolutely amazing Half tinted Chanel glasses , so beautiful ...

Hopefully Steve Madden or something will come up with similar more affordable styles... We will wait, they always do))

Tommy hills, all American colors

I'd like to wear sexy sky- high stilettos... every day!! But, it's not practical , not possible, not real..
So, I decided to give it a try to these - Tommy Hilfiger sandal hills, mid-size and chunky, very comfy. Love the American flag colors, in a true color-blocking style . They gonna  be great with denim - blue, red or white jeans. Also nice with shorts.. and skirts.. and cute summer dresses.. =))

Channelling Atlantic-Pacific

By newmerous recommendations I came upon http://Atlatic-Pacific.blogspot.com , a fashion blog by Blair E.E. ( BEE:)) , went through almost every post within only about 2 days, have to say , I really like her style, very preppy, very jcrew )) She also has a great talent mixing and matching and layering ton of clothes on, and making it look really great!! The only question that pops in is it really practical to have about 5 pieces of clothing on top, and only one pair of skimpy little shorts on the bottom ...!? No tights, no stockings, bare skin... But it shure looks absolutely stylish !! Have to say she is gonna be my probably second favorite fashion blogger there is!!
So,  i got inspired by Blair personal style and decided on layering  pink shirt under beige flower shirt, under brown leather jacket + bright statement necklace :)

I just Loove and fully embrace this summer trend of Pastel colors , mix and match, add a necklace -  always fresh and fun

                           - whole wheat half a bagel with tuna and tomatoes for lunch ..  --- can be proud of myself :)

                           - pasta with ground meat... Beer .. ---  Not so proud of myself, should do better (:
