Pay back time!!! Everything hurts!! Damn lunges.. Sore thighs, sore butt.. Can't get out of bed to close that window that lets freezing air in, hello winter again... Really thought we said good buy to winter clothes, I guess I was wrong :(
1) Breakfast - serial with bananas ))) yummy!! To get some sugar in the system , I Need that energy))
Spent half a day figuring this thing out, this site..
2) Exercise time!! Went to Shore Promenade, - brutal wind!! Might as well jog along the arctic ocean shore.. Managed to get some jogging done, some half ass exercises , couldn't even lift my legs properly from previous day . The only fun was that my girlfriend joined me, we looked like two dummies with that polar expedition clothes on ))
3) Banana protein smoothie with oatmeal for a snack right after , then shower .. After that Had one thin pancake , cup of tea with a couple bites of Ritter Sport dark chocolate with whole hazelnuts ( sweets are my weakness :( but had very little of it)
Shopping time! Of course got to go to the store , it's my day off coinciding with my friend's day off!! Yay!
4) Late dinner - chineese crab rangoon , really yummy! We shared, so not much of a damage . A cup of earl gray, strawberries, pine apple ..
Got home late, finished my beer, only half a glass , holidays are over after all .. Time to go to bed ..
Everything still hurts and feels stuck and stale ((:
