Exercise update

This week was .. uneven ))

Wednesday morning - have-ass little walk to promenade, some jump rope, other things.. The idea was to start early morning routine to get up and out, which was accomplished :)

Thursday evening - got my 15 pound kettlebell, tried it out, did four sets of two types of swings, it felt really great! So easy but so powerful !

Friday morning - 50 swings to start the day! Friday  Evening - feeling those muscules start to ache..
Late night - short workout, 3 sets of 3 exercises, two types of swing and a plank position exercise.. Was challenging because I was tired from day before and a whole work week and hungry , on top of everything )) But I did it!!

Now, catching up on YouTube videos of +ZuzkaLight  , my "personal trainer " =)  Need some exercises for tomorrow morning early workout get together with my friend ;)

Food! Wasn't very good in that department, except for overeating, that was pretty good on its own due to a nature of some things, but I have to try better, taking pics helps a lot, need to continue that
