Friday food diary


The good _____ - egg omelet with peppers and onions for breakfast , 
                           - whole wheat half a bagel with tuna and tomatoes for lunch ..  --- can be proud of myself :)


The bad ______ - latte with a cupcake ..
                           - pasta with ground meat... Beer .. ---  Not so proud of myself, should do better (:
