To kickstart my active life style ))) I took a walk to the bay ridge promenade, it has a nice jogging track , I warmed up and tried slow steady jogging, managed a whole 5 minutes !! :) then walk, then did some lunges , then jogged again, probably 5 min, then stretch, walk, jogg, stretch walk - got home - an hour was gone!!
My lunch was a smoothie made of 1 banana, strawberries , milk, protein powder and dry oatmeals , was really good, though took me an hour to figure out how to work a new blender :)
One more thing I should do - drink more water
