Forever21 fluorescent necklace and a party outfit ))

I was looking for a nice bright summer necklace for quite some time,  when I saw beautiful neon chartreuse color chain necklace  at Forever21 accessories obviously it had to go with))

Now, lets play Polyvore in your own closet!! Since its Friday, I thought of some party appropriate outfit =)
